TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE has sold over two million copies (*2)! Survey revealed 91.6 %(*1) of users willing to stick with the program

■About TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE:
TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE, an exercise program created by the combined 20-year dance experience of members and choreographers of the popular Avex produced dance and vocal unit TRF, SAM, ETSU, and CHIHARU. This program has been well received by users due to the ability to exercise to hit songs they are very familiar with. TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE sparked a dancercise boom and the sales of the series achieved one million copies(*3) just eight months after its launch in June 2012, and is still enjoying high popularity today.

TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE DVD BOOK ESSENCE―the low-priced version distributed by Takarajimasha, Inc.―also surpassed one million copies(*4) in April 2014. This positions it as one of the biggest selling products in the market with a stong fan base.

■Success factors derived from a survey regarding home exercise:
The following is the result of a survey regarding home exercise and TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE users, performed by Avex Marketing Inc.

1.For those people who don't exercise at home, the biggest obstacle is a lack of confidence to continue(48.4%)
2.On the other hand, 91.6% of TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE users are willing to stick with the program.

According to the survey result, though people in general tend to be concerned whether they can continue their exercise at home, the users of TRF EZ DO DANCERCIZE are motivated to keep doing it regularly. Therefore, one of the reasons why the program became such a big seller, with over two million copies sold, could be because many users find it as something they can stay with in the long term.

Why wouldn't you do exercise at home?
When a group of respondents who don't do any exercise at home were asked why, the most answered reason was because they are not confident to do it constantly. It may be difficult for a lot of people to do home exercise because it requires self-decipline.
