Oak Lawn Marketing, Inc., and its domestic Japanese affiliates (hereafter called "Oak Lawn Marketing Group") recognize that the proper handling of Personal Information is critical in order to maintain confidentiality and earn customers' trust. Oak Lawn Marketing Group has adopted the following Privacy Policy to augment its compliance with applicable laws as well as guidelines issued by various government agencies and industry groups.

1.Personal Information

Personal information is information that can be used to identify individual customers by means of names, birthdates, or phone numbers provided by customers to the Company, information about purchased products or utilized services, survey responses, inquiry and repair request data, Company website access logs, and other descriptive data, as well as information that can be used to identify individual employees of the Oak Lawn Marketing Group (hereafter, "employees ") by means of names, birthdates, work history, and other descriptive data.

2. Acquisition of Personal Information

Oak Lawn Marketing Group acquires personal information from customers or employees when necessary, after receiving their permission and informing them of the purpose for which the information is to be used. We limit the purpose of such acquisition to the greatest extent possible and restrict its scope to the extent necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. 4. Use of Personal Information

Oak Lawn Marketing Group's use of personal information obtained from customers and employees is limited to the purpose described above and reported prior to its acquisition. We will not use personal information for any other purpose without first obtaining the consent of the customer or employee in question.
In addition, Oak Lawn Marketing Group does not use the personal information of customers or employees in a manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.

[Behavioral targeting advertisements]

6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

With the exception of subcontractors that have signed a confidentiality agreement, Oak Lawn Marketing Group will not provide personal information obtained from customers and employees to third parties for uses outside the purpose reported at the time of its acquisition without the consent of the customer or employee in question.
When outsourcing the processing of personal information to an outside contractor including foreign operators, we will implement appropriate management practices by including clauses pertaining to the confidentiality of personal information in relevant operating agreements and other contractual documents.
However, we reserve the right to provide personal information without the consent of the customer or employee in question in the event that we are required to do so for legal reasons or requested to do so by a court, police department, or other public agency.

7. Internal Structures

Oak Lawn Marketing Group builds, maintains, and improves structures for protecting personal information and maintains internal audit structures for ensuring that these structures operate properly, including by formulating internal regulations concerning the protection of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, articulating clear policies regarding the handling of personal information, and educating Group officers and employees so that an understanding of these extends throughout the organization.
Similarly, we strive to prevent improper disclosure, loss, and destruction of personal information. In the event that a flaw in the way personal information obtained from customers and employees is handled comes to our attention, we will act quickly to take action to rectify it, and will otherwise undertake a continuous program of improvement.

When requested, we will disclose personal information without delay, except in cases where doing so would cause a serious obstruction to the performance of Group business, or where doing so may cause harm to life, limb, assets, or other interests.
When requested to revise, halt the use of, or delete personal information, we will investigate the request without delay and comply so long as there is a reason for doing so. Customers seeking to have their personal information deleted or its usage halted should understand that doing so will prevent them from continuing to receive service for purchased products, including returns, repairs and exchanges.
We will verify the identity of individuals requesting disclosure or revision of their personal information in order to prevent its improper disclosure or tampering or deletion by a third party.

9. Online Store Security

Information entered by customers on Oak Lawn Marketing Group's online store is sent securely to Oak Lawn Marketing Group using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.
We operate a standard web server log system that stores data such as browser IP addresses and cookies in log files. These files are used as necessary, to maintain secure environment.

10. Recording of Telephone Calls

Oak Lawn Marketing Group is capable of recording calls made to the Call Center or Customer Service Center to place orders or make inquiries. This voice data is sometimes used to verify contract terms and provisions, the accuracy of order data entry, and the absence of customer service problems.

11. Customer Information

Oak Lawn Marketing Group acquires customer information from contractees in the course of offering product order processing services and stores it for a fixed period of time.

12. Personal Information from Job Applicants

Oak Lawn Marketing Group acquires and stores personal information from job applicants in the course of its recruiting activities. We will not disclose this information to any third party without the consent of the individual in question, except in circumstances where such disclosure is recognized by the law. Information from rejected applicants is discarded and deleted by appropriate means after the candidate screening process is complete.

13. Personal Information from Employees (Internal Use Only)

Oak Lawn Marketing Group acquires and stores personal information from employees for employment and management purposes. We will not disclose this information to any third party without the consent of the employee in question, except as necessary in the conduct of our business operations.

14. Improvements in the Personal Information Protection Management System

In order to appropriately respond to changes in the nature of its business and the social environment, Oak Lawn Marketing Group will introduce a personal information protection management system and continuously improve the handling of personal information of its customers.
